Why only ten seats
The cap is the point. Ten people means I can tailor the work to who is actually in the room, your one-on-ones are real conversations where I already know your business, and the cohort knows each other by the end. Scale would make this cheaper to run and worse to be in. So it stays small, on purpose.

About Rich Mulder
I’m a West Point graduate, combat veteran of Afghanistan, and I started my entrepreneurial journey building and scaling a strength and conditioning in gym in Arizona until I successfully made a six figure exit from it in 2024. Nowadays, I write Gentle Discipline and I run Apricus Coaching Initiative around a simple conviction:

I built this program because I could not find it anywhere else. The path from inner clarity to a working business existed in pieces, scattered across therapy rooms, business books, courses, certifications, and hard personal lessons. I assembled it the slow way. The Psychedelic Professional is that path of assembly, sequenced and shortened, so you can walk in eight weeks what took me years.
Questions people ask
Is this about psychedelics?
The name points at integration, the way a psychedelic experience asks you to integrate insight into a changed life. The work is about integrating who you are with how you earn. No substances are involved or required.
I already have a business. Is this for me?
Yes, especially if part of you is trying to escape the business you built. Several people in the room are refining or repositioning something that already exists.
I only have an idea. Is it too early?
No. Module 1 is designed for exactly this point, when the signal is real but the shape is not final yet.
What’s the time commitment?
Live sessions run two hours, in the evening, and they are recorded. Two of the seven courses are remote and self-paced. Plan for the live calls plus a few hours of your own work each week. Gentle discipline, not heroic effort.
What if I miss a live call?
Every live session is recorded and lives in the Portal. The one-on-ones are scheduled around you.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Three payments of $499. The $300 early-bird discount applies to paid-in-full only, and only through June 30.
